EXAMPLE: Elgas LPG pipeline Main Line Valve Replacement

AFS Projects completed the full EPC delivery of a new automated Main Line Valve (MLV) to replace an existing valve which was coming to the end of its design life. Due to the necessity of maintaining supply, the pipeline was hot tapped and line stopped with product being diverted through a temporary 150m bypass pipeline. Complexities included working within close proximity to 5 other transmission pipelines and culturally significant areas.
