EXAMPLE: Viva Energy Sleeve Installation

AFS Projects were responsible for the installation of pressure containing sleeves on the Viva Energy White Oil Pipeline. Challenges comprised of managing the risks when welding on a pipeline still in operation in order to maintain supply agreements with downstream customers.

The scope comprised of:

Sleeve rolling and machining
Welder qualification
Live pipeline welding
Pipeline recoating and backfill

EXAMPLE: Esso Pipeline Recoating

AFS Projects was engaged as the Project Manager to recoat a section of Esso’s Ethane Pipeline. AFS Projects managed the delivery of works from tendering, obtained necessary approvals, through to site execution and close-out by ensuring Esso’s procedures and specifications were adhered to.
